الوصف الوظيفي:
A. MAIN JOB MISSION:
Administration Chief of the High Velocity Mecca Medina project in collaboration with the team of the partner
Tasks:
Economic and Financial Management for Civil Works Projects
Billing and General Accounting and analytical
Bank reconciliations.
Management accounting and Subcontractors and Suppliers documentary.
Cost control
Monthly closings Preparation, reporting and analysis variance
Budget and Treasury Cash-Flow Tracking Project. Management of receipts and payments
Communication with local banks and search for funding
المهارات المطلوبة:
Advanced user of accounting tools and control Management: SAP, Navision or ERP similar.
Experience in JV Management department.
MS Office Knowledge (Office user level)
English: medium level. + Arabic
Drive license
Experience of having had at least 2 dependents
Task management, accounting, treasury, reporting, cost control in a construction company
Decisive, organized and methodical. With negotiating skills and teamwork.
