Accounting Manager Job Duties May inclode :.


•Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.


•Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


•Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.


•Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.


•Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.


•Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.


•Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.


•Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Accounting Manager Skills and Qualifications:



Ø Thorough knowledge of Tel communication company accounting process and contracting



Business



Ø Ability to communicate in Arabic and English both verbally and written with staff , executive management , banks , regulatory agencies , and shareholders



Ø Ability to perform accounting analysis to support report requirements



Ø Strong grasp on accounting theory , accounting standard and application of the industry



Ø Computer skills of accounting systems of Microsoft ERP systems



Ø Proven track records of preparing monthly , journal entries , financial statements and year-end annual report



Ø Proven track records of producing errors free audited financial statements for company industry (Telecom and advance security)



Ø High work ethics standards , and understand responsibilities and accountability



Ø Understand both local and international commercial laws



Ø Significant knowledge in letter of credits , bank credit agreements , performance bonds , bid bonds , and management of short terms loan



Ø Assessment of business and financial risks for financial and none financial transactions



Ø 15 + Plus of practical experience in accounting and auditing from the big 4



Ø Age 40 and above



Ø Education , Bachelor degree , CPA is a plus



Ø Excellent in English and Arabic Language



Ø Nationality: Arabic preferable, and other nationality open
