This position will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the academic purposes of the college by providing students with group and individual assistance in areas of personal growth and education / career development to make a smooth and effective transition through their college experience.
المهارات
Evaluates DAH prospective student (Regular & Scholarship student) depending on their personal skills and learning motivations, and being clear of any psychological and behavior difficulties.
Provides professional assessment and other resources that will assist the student in making appropriate major choices.
Provides individual and group counseling to help the students that are facing behavior, psychological and social difficulties, by choosing the best methods to improve their personal, social & academic life.
Within the limits of professional confidentiality, responds to requests for report or information about service and programs by using Evaluation methods and indicators.
Maintains appropriate clinical records and receive and update reports from faculty regarding students’ cases till the problem is solved.
Participates in different college events, to introduce the career & counseling services and give an introduction on how the development can help in the academic & social life.
Arranges self-development workshops.
Cooperates with other departments in providing programming and activities for students as needed, to help students in improving their personal, social & academic life.
