About the role
Supervises all technical training activities, programs, activities, and schedules to produce results against agreed targets whilst implementing change as required. This includes leading the technical training initiatives throughout the lifecycle of employee and trainee training within the department and supporting them when assigned to the respective department in the development of their career path in support of the companywide manufacturing excellence initiative.
Assists in the creation and operation of the annual training schedule (ATS) as planned by the Training and Career Development Management Team focusing on driving the operational objectives and plans in the delivery, evaluation and management of employee and trainee programs and courses under your supervision by choosing the appropriate course of action based on analysis, interpretation, good judgment and the inputs of colleagues across the organisation.
Executing the training strategy in close conjunction with the department manager, the CYTP training superintendent, associated departments and vendors as necessary by contributing to functional plans. This role is also responsible for the overall supervision, evaluation and continuous improvement of all OJT training and safety awareness programs related to employee training.

*Bsc in busuness adminstration or any relevant
*8 Years of related experience
*Effective communication
*advanced English level
*Computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, powerpoint, Word, Visio)
*Planning and organization
