الوصف الوظيفي



Responsible for managing the financial responsibilities associated with a TRU market. Keeps senior management informed of all applicable information to keep abreast of the financial performance of all of the cost and profit centers.







Key Responsibilities (“Do”)



• Oversees and participates in major decisions impacting the business (e.g. business analysis, capital expenditures, store openings, and major contracts)



• Analyzes results of operations, isolating non-operating income & expense items to provide a clear picture of profits from operations



• Presents monthly, quarterly and annual reports with insight into what trends are likely to affect future performance



• Works to develop and maintain cost reduction programs



• Responsible for planning & forecasting as well as inventory, payables and capital expenditure management



• Participates in the development of strategy plans



• Manages relationship with external auditors and preparation of local statutory accounts



• Works with the senior management to ensure the business is appropriately capitalized and to minimize overall taxes



• Works with outside General Counsel to ensure all legal issues and exp0sures are appropriately identified and provided for



• Manages the day to day accounting and monthly general ledger closing



• Prepares annual budgets and long-range plans



• Projects current year operating results



• Manages all finance functions including accounting, margin reporting, sales & cash audit, payroll, merchandise payable, expense payable, treasury and planning & analysis



• Creation of shareholder value through a great emphases on the following areas:



• Management and supervision of finance & accounts department staff and setting polices and procedures deem necessary for the performance of tasks.



• Dealing with banks, external auditors, top management and any other third parties.



• Managing cash flows and deriving, evaluating the alternative sources of finance available and choose the one which suits the company’s circumstances.



• Contribution in deriving and preparing company’s strategic plan.



• Continuous evaluation of management information system (mis) to ensure it’s adequacy for decision making.



• Safeguard company’s assets by maintaining a transparent system of internal control.



• Participate in determining and supporting the company’s key success factors.



• Solid knowledge of ERP system



• Any other special tasks issues.

• College degree or equivalent work experience


• 4-5 years working in related industry specializing in finance
