الوصف الوظيفي:
Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Endeavor to attract new customers and promote the Company’s products
§ Manage the outsourced sales force and ensure that target sales are met.
§ Supervise sales agents to ensure that enough sales are generated to achieve maximum profitability and annual sales targets
§ Ensure sales agents are performing their sales activities according to Company’s policies and procedures
§ Ensure sales agents perform the preliminary analysis and screening on loan requests, and secure the required information and documentation during their customer visit
§ Monitor and evaluate sales agents’ performance and handle any back falls on pre-set targets
§ Review customer application and relevant documentation and ensure customer information was captured on the system
§ Review and sign letter of Acceptance in Principle after ensuring that proper pre-screening was done
§ Ensure the letter of Acceptance in Principle was faxed to customer within acceptable time frame
§ Collect from sales agents and forward all application documentation, forms or requests (application form, documentation, fees acknowledgement, offer letter, contracts, payment schedule, promissory note, reschedule/ skip payment/early settlement requests etc…) to head office for further processing
§ Ensure customers are properly informed of required documentation if they qualified for the loan
§ Ensure sales agents are proposing other financing alternatives in case customer failed to qualify
§ Ensure customers are informed of their application status
§ Ensure appraisal fees are collected and a receipt is given
§ Ensure sales agents upload on daily basis their applications for further processing by head office
§ Suggest target sales per sales agent and submit them for approval
§ Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited
§ Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
§ Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning
§ Maintain awareness within the sales agents of the company’s products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that they carry out their role as effectively as possible
المهارات المطلوبة:
Desired Skills and Expertise:
1. Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in sales within a leading bank or reputed company
2. Skills and Knowledge:
a) Advanced Level in English language (Wringing/Speaking/Reading/Listening)
b) Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
c) Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office
3. Specifications:
