الوصف الوظيفي:
Job Summary
§ Ensure timely and proper employee performance evaluation and effective career development initiatives
Key Responsibilities/Duties
§ Define and coordinate employees’ annual performance evaluation process
§ Develop and review employee evaluation process, templates, and online assessment tool
§ Design, plan and manage the delivery of career development programs and training to address employees’ skill-development needs
§ Establish a talent development strategy, and management succession plan
§ Develop and establish a training system, policies, and processes
§ Lead the identification of training needs in coordination with line senior managers in respective Departments
§ Design and develop training and development programs, graduate development programs, scholarship programs, and programs for Nationals
§ Source graduate program partners and lead the negotiation of agreements
§ Identify training resources and training plans and ensure core job skills and orientation training programs are in place
§ Review all contracts between TBC and universities or training companies
§ Manage the coaching and mentoring of identified staff to address specified development needs
§ Perform any other duties as determined by the Human Resources Head
