الوصف الوظيفي:

§ Assist Manager HR in coordinate manpower planning process with Project Leaders for obtaining manpower requirements and developing manpower budgets in coordination with the Finance Division, ensuring compliance with overall HR guidelines
§ Facilitate the recruitment of a qualified workforce by managing the process of developing, reviewing/ updating Job Descriptions, define qualification requirements in coordination with the line managers and assigning job grades through appropriate job analysis
§ Manage the recruiting activities such as job posting, interview and selection of candidates, coordinating with recruitment agencies, offer process, background verification, new hire orientation etc. ensuring they are conducted in a efficient and effective manner as per the HR policy and procedures
§ Recommend candidates for hiring to the line managers ensuring assigned salary and benefits recommended are aligned to the approved pay scale and compensation framework and submit all information relating to new hires as required
§ Coordinate with administration services to ensure that visas, and travel related formalities of the new recruits are coordinated and processed in a timely manner; and the ensure new employment contracts conform to Saudi Government regulations
§ Organize on-boarding and new hire orientation session for all new hires as per the HR policies ne and procedures ensuring new employee is inducted in THC organization satisfactorily and effectively
§ Coordinate all recruitment database and manage employee exits
Perform any other duties as requested.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• 3 years of relevant HR experience; experience in start-ups desirable
• Advanced knowledge of relevant local laws, policies regulations and ordinances relating to HR
• knowledge and application of workforce, training planning & Recruitment best practices
• Knowledge of principles and practices in Human Resource Management (especially recruitment, training, and HR Services Delivery)
• Advanced Data Analysis Skills
• Advanced communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced Technical English and Arabic (letter writing, contract drafting etc.)
