الوصف الوظيفي:
The Director of Corporate Support will be directly responsible for guiding long-term development and for overseeing day-to-day activities of THC support services and will be held accountable for the following tasks.
1.1 Develop and oversee implementation of business support services policies, procedures, strategies, performance measures, and budget proposals.
1.2 Continually upgrade corporate support services and ensure they are in line with international best practices.
1.3 Facilitate the provision of efficient and effective IT solutions that support THC's business needs.
1.4 Lead the division in providing efficient and effective contracting systems.
1.5 Work closely with HR director and closely monitor HR daily activities.
The Director of Corporate Support will also be responsible for fulfilling the following leadership roles.
1.6 Develop division strategy in collaboration with executive management.
1.7 Oversee implementation of divisional strategic and operating plans.
1.8 Provide input to Corporate Strategy and Business Development for formulation of overall THC strategic direction.
1.9 Provide and present monthly reports to the CEO concerning the range and depth of support services provided to different areas of THC.
المهارات المطلوبة:
Fluency in both Arabic and English
Advanced Analytical approach
Leading the provision of efficient and effective HR, IT solutions and/ or C&P that support business needs.
Advance experience in performance management
Minimum of 3 years in a senior corporate support related role at a medium or large size multi segment
Direct experience working at the Board of Directors or ownership groups’ level
Computer literacy - MS Office, MS Project and related packages
Demonstrable, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable ability to motivate and influence across the firm
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
