Quality Manager
Description
Quality assurance (QA) aims to ensure that the product or service an organization provides is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. A quality assurance manager coordinates the activities required to meet quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Ø Develop, implement, maintain and measure adherence to Najm’s Quality Standards for all services that meet customer’s expectations.
Ø Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Ø Develop, implement and monitor Continuous Quality Improvement Programs.
Ø Effectively interact with Operations and Development teams to maintain quality of existing products/services and help introduce new products/services.
Ø Monitor, analyze and develop improvement plan for customer satisfaction including complaints management.
Ø Develop assessment tools and methods.
Ø Develop and implement Najm Fraud and Auditing Units including Policies and Processes.
Ø Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
Ø Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
Ø Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Ø Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team (Member of Management Team).
Ø Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
Ø Identifying quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Ø Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
Ø Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs.
Ø Develop best practices and tools for quality execution and management.
Qualification and Experience:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in an applied science or engineering field. Masters preferred.
Ø 5-8 years prior experience in Quality Assurance for service industry.
Ø ISO – 9000 Certified.
Ø Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of quality management
Ø Knowledge of QA management techniques and tools
Ø Experience in quality management systems.
Ø Experience in quality system audits.
Ø Proven experience in people management

Skill & Ability:
Ø Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills both in English and Arabic)
Ø Strong problem solving, decision-making, delegation, critical thinking, planning and organizing skills.
Ø Ability to effectively use MS Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ø Proven research and analytical skills.
Ø Ability to function effectively as a team Leader and a team player.
Ø Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage stress effectively.
