الوصف الوظيفي:
Strategic Role:
· Leads the development of NMC's Loyalty strategy, supporting the Corporate strategy
· Develops a unique understanding of NMC's consumers (together with the Category teams), and builds the right loyalty strategies to win with our Consumers
· Creates loyalty schemes for NMC customers
· Builds strategic alliances with external parties to form strong loyalty programs
Operational Role:
· Create advertising and media plans for our loyalty program that drive new customer acquisition, point accrual and redemption
· Lead designing and forming a seasonal loyalty promotional strategy with Retail Operations, commercial and shopper marketing
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis and trend outlook and suggest plans that create edge for our program Nuhdeek
· Lead Loyalty program operational details and execution in CRM systems and retail
· Dive into loyalty analytics and provide insight and analysis on segmentation and customer information/profiles
· Supervise CRM function and call center and guarantee optimum level of service quality and response time and case resolution
Reporting Role:
· Reports about loyalty marketing initiative efficiency and impact
· Provide newsletter on loyalty progress and key issues
· Supervise CRM function and call centre and guarantee optimum level of service quality and response time
and case resolution
People Role:
· Manage the section resources utilization by setting their priorities and maximizing performance
· Sets and monitors SMART objectives for direct employees
Leads his people development, through appropriate training and supervision
المهارات المطلوبة:
BSc or MBA degree
4-7 years of experience in Brand/Marketing Management
