الوصف الوظيفي
• In charge of the Sales and Business Development division
• Developing the sales strategies & objectives, creating business channels & commercial opportunities for a wide range of new to market
• Setting business development targets, sales budgets and forecasts, managing the sales & business development teams & overall business planning to achieve the needed growth in both turn-over (TO) and margin
• Understand technical requirements for defined markets and translate these into product requirements
• Coordinating with the VP, Director and CEO the establishment of compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans
• Modify KPI’s, Training, sales incentives and bonus plans
• Educating sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth
• Achieved an efficient & motivated sales team with focus on increased product knowledge & productivity
• Maintain the relation and business with the suppliers / partners
• Find a new supplier / partner to improve the business
• Identifies business opportunities
• Negotiates and closes business
• Identifying and evaluating of potential new product business opportunities
• Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the objectives and target of the business section
• Strong customer focus and build long term business relations with strategic customers.

المهارات
Bachelor of Engineering
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience of Industrial Products, Industrial Equipment, Industrial Machines and tools, Product Development

preferred experience in KSA, GCC
• a solid technical background

• Positive team player with an ability to maintain professionalism and great customer service skills
