الوصف الوظيفي



Responsible for Planning, Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting of Documentum suit.



Responsible for planning, setting up, and maintaining the infrastructure for the Documentum-based Enterprise Content Management System.



Perform migration and upgrade of the Documentum platform and docbases/repositories from 6.5x to 7.1x.



Provide system administration support for High Volume Server (HVS) and applications using Light weight objects.



Perform setup and system administration of Web Publisher components, Site Caching Services (SCS) and Document Transformation Services (DTS).



Provide system administration support for Full text indexing software xPlore.



Provide system administration support including server and client software installations, systems and database monitoring, migration, and associated documentation required to optimize the performance of this system.



Monitor and provide performance tuning to system software components as required to ensure optimum system function



Maintain system landscape environment by providing DOCBASE creation, migration, copies and refreshes



Provide support and maintenance of Docbrokers and WDK applications like Web Publisher, Webtop, Taskspace and Documentum Administrator



Perform Documentum software upgrades, patches, and migrations



Provide Job setup, scheduling and log file cleanup



Work with the functional/process Analyst and Programmers to plan and implement technical specifications for conversion, interfaces, enhancements, reports, & add-ons



Maintain, Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance Documentum



Provide solution design based on strategic direction and business needs



Implement Documentum Single Signe On (SSO) using Kerberos SSO Authentication Method



Comply with the security guidelines agreed upon by the business requirements



Code and support maintenance scripts in Documentum



Provide Oracle Application Database Administration as it applies to ECM



Ensure adequate documentation of all strategies, processes, and procedures related to the implementation and support of the environment



Plan and implement backup & recovery; disaster recovery, as well as archiving strategies as they relate to ECM



Collaborate with hardware and OS technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environment



Collaborate with database technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environment.



Ensure the workforce is kept up to date on ECM Documentum technology trends


المهارات


5+ years of experience as a Documentum System Administrator.



5+ years of experience with Documentum Content Server v6.x and/or 7.x and/or higher on high availability platforms



5+ years of experience with Documentum xPlore on high availability platforms



5+ years of experience with Documentum Web server on CS JBoss 5.1.0 or higher on high availability platforms



5+ years of experience with Documentum App Server apache Tomcat 6.0.20 or higher on high availability platforms



5+ years of experience with Documentum Brava on high availability platforms



5+ years of experience with Documentum Captiva on high availability platforms



5+ years of experience with Documentum Indexing Servers on high availability platforms



Strong understanding of Documentum Server architecture and components is required



Must be proficient with the Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting of Documentum 7.1x, 6.7 SP2 & SP3 Products like Content Server, High Volume in Server (HVS), Full Text Index Server xPlore, Site Caching Services (SCS),


Document Transformation Services (DTS), Documentum Administrator (DA), Composer, Documentum Foundation Class (DFC), WebTop and Web Publisher (5 to 6 years’ experience preferred).



Strong understanding of object oriented design and programming concepts.



Strong understanding of relational database fundamentals and SQL.



Capablity to do the upgrading for Documetum Platform form 6.7 SP 2 to 7 with all the relevant tasks for example: Migrate the existing Documents, Reflect the existing customization



Strong understanding on Oracle & MS SQL Database.



Strong Knowledge and Experience on Documentum Business Activity Monitor (BAM) Dashboard



Strong Knowledge on Documentum Integration with MS SharePoint, Oracle ERP System & data migration



Adequate skills in documentation of all strategies, processes, and procedures related to the implementation and support of the environment



Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English are a must.



Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills.



Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
