A global FMCG organisation are looking to recruit a highly proficient Payroll Manager for their Riyadh Head Office.
Your responsibilities will include managing and administering the end to end payroll process for more than 5,000 staff using MenaPay software.
Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (salary increases, salary deductions and leave).
Review and evaluate existing payroll procedures.
You will produce and issue payroll slips to employees, extract, analyse and report on payroll data, working with HR colleagues to ensure accuracy of data.
Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
Ensure that payroll data is entered on time and submitted to the payroll provider for payroll processing
المهارات
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have at 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role with a large organisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be a strong customer focused individual.
Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
Working experience MenaPay software a definite advantage
Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Must be highly organised, responsible & reliable
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
