الوصف الوظيفي




• Coordinate and follow up on the implementation of all the daily activity and business of the CFO office
• Ensure retention of records and files for office activities and archiving organization and tidy manner according to the approved regulations
• Take appropriate action with regards to any office staff employment-related matters
• Report requirements of the work needed to implement the plans and programs adopted to direct the administrator , including schedules for these requirements in coordination with organizational units concerned and follow up their implementation after adoption
• Being studies and research on various types of events and activities offered by the aim of developing them in accordance with the laws of the coordination meetings and booking halls and ensure their availability and the availability of meeting the requirements before the time fixed for the meeting
• Supervision of all matters relating to the implementation of events and activities and submit proposals developed and updated by the strategic directions of the body
• Provide advice to staff management on all working procedures and make sure they improve their performance and raise the level of quality activities and events executed
• Prepare the annual periodic reports that include a presentation of the achievements of the office , compared to the performance indicators , data and statistics , obstacles And the difficulties that have been encountered
• Review and audit ideas views and proposals for executive programs and operational plans and evaluation and opinion to choose the most appropriate and in accordance with regulations and laws and strategic directions body strategy
• Communicate with various departments body to foster a spirit of cooperation by clarifying the work of governance mechanisms and understanding of the work of other departments mechanisms are
• Direct and continuous follow-up to ensure the completion of operational projects effectively complete picture and to ensure consistency with the strategic plans of the body
• Follow-up and ensure the application executed by the management of projects and access to the desired results
• Continuously work to provide ideas and proposals and studies for new projects that will support the continued aspiration of the body to communicate with the latest Technologies and projects that will highlight the bright image of Saudi Arabia
• Supervise the projects assigned by the top management
