The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training.
Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region. Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia is celebrating 29 years in Saudi Arabia. Jotun Saudi has two production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu and 5 sales offices and warehouses around the kingdom and plays a very important role in Jotun’s activities globally and within the Middle East. As a part of the Jotun MEIA graduate program we are looking for a Sales Executive - Infrastructure for the Protective Coatings Sales Department and reporting into the Infrastructure Concept Manager. This position is based in Riyadh.
Responsibility
•Introduce, promote and sell Jotun coatings mainly to projects through regular visits while maintaining good relationships and obtaining market information.
•Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used and to achieve sales budget.
•Generate new potential customers to the Infrastructure concept to increase our market share.
•Conduct local Infrastructure concept launches in coordination with the Infrastructure Concept Manager.
•Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.

Qualifications
Saudi nationals only (Saudization program)
Academic degree (Bachelor and/or Master’s degree)
1-3 years relevant experience in sales.
Good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
Active supporter of Jotun values.

Quickly understands and analyses complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments
Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively
