Job description The role will involve assisting in the day to day accounting and reporting duties. Specific responsibilities will include: 1. Ensure timely posting of journal entries 2. Perform daily accounting activities 3. Perform periodic accounting books closing 4. Support the Accounts Receivables & Payables team 5. Petty Cash payments processing / reconciliations 6. Perform bank and cash reconciliation 7. Prepare periodic reports 8. Assist the Head of the Department in ad hoc reports and requests 9. Prepare periodic reconciliation of inter-company accounts 10. Prepare monthly payroll 11. Perform periodic reconciliation of debtors and creditors 12. Maintain fixed asset register 13. Assist with preparing the external and internal audit requirements 14. Reconcile monthly reports to the Company's accounts 15. Reconcile annual budgets to the Company's accounts 16. Coordinate the Accounts team activities and schedules 17. Maintain finance and accounting files and archives


المهارات


Desired Skills and Experience:


- Bachelor's degree with Finance and Accounting as specialization.


- Two to five years of experience.


- Strong analytical skills for monitoring accounting records and resolving accounting problems.


- Experience with ERP system/SAP.


- Excellent communication skills.


- Fluent in English
