The goal and purpose of the job:
To perform all the tasks and responsibilities of the General Manager, effective participation in the identification and objectives formulation, planning and organizing workflow facility to ensure the achievement of specific objectives.

Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Participate in the development of the main goals and to participate in the formulation.
2. Division main objectives to sub-goals for each department to achieve access to the achievement of main objectives.
3. Participate in the development of plans; offer counseling and advice to department's managers.
4. Adoption plans, executive programs after being reviewed and verified, as well as the initial adoption of budgets for implementation.
5. Attend meetings of the Board of Directors, formulate, codify the recommendations decisions issued and develop appropriate plans.
6. Chairman, managing periodic meetings and
issuing appropriate decisions.
7. Initial count of the organizational structure, to be displayed to Board of Directors for final
approval.
8. Initial Accreditation for
upgrades, job placement, and salary at the end of each year to be displayed to Board of Directors
for final approval.
9. The final adoption of the annual budget before submission to Board of Directors.
10. Represent the company in front of others,
as well as at events and concerts and interviews by official authorization from Board of Directors.
11. Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Chairman of Board and discuss with Board of Directors.
