الوصف الوظيفي
• Employee Data Administration: Maintaining data for new hires and current employees in compliance with the company’s policy and procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
• Payroll Administration: (Payment sheet, Monthly Time Sheet, Contract change, reassignment, change in pay, Leave applications, final settlement & calculations)
• Distribution of Pay slips: Preparing and delivering the monthly pay-slips in compliance with the company’s policy and procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
• Time Administration: Maintaining and monitoring the monthly timesheets along with necessary supporting documents required and received from departments / areas.
• Loans: Reviewing and processing received loan requests and make the necessary data modification and required actions in SAP system in an efficient and timely manner.
• GOSI: Maintaining company records in General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI) to match records in HR system (i.e. adding, removing, updating, process monthly payment … etc.) in compliance with company’s policy and procedures in an efficient and timely manner.
• Reports: Preparing monthly reports and any other ad hoc reports in an efficient and timely manner.
• Any other duties and tasks put by direct manager
المهارات
• Bachelor degree in related field is highly preferable
• 2 years’ experience in similar role
• English is essential
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel
• Good supervisory skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to successfully problem solving skills with sensitive laborer problems
• Self- motivated, team player,
• Ability to analyze data
• High attention to accuracy and pays attention to details
• Saudi national
