Qyas is seeking a highly skilled and talented Director to help develop business and continue the company tradition of delivering high quality work to its clients. The Director is responsible for the sales and delivery of Strategy Consulting and Market Research work with local and multinational clients. This role focuses on shaping and driving material business cases to drive significant, value led, strategic advice and research to our clients. This requires building trusted advisor relationships with our clients by understanding the client's needs, shaping the right solutions, and bringing the best expertise and experience of Qyas to address the client’s most critical business issues.
Key responsibilities
Manage the various Senior Consultants and oversee the various projects in their portfolios.· Seeking,establishing, and developing new business relationships with former and new clients.
Identify and visit prospective Clients for presentation of Company services and capabilities.
Identify best approach to achieve Client objectives.
Prepare and review market research and strategy proposals.
Supervise the Market Research process and ensure projects are being delivered on time and budget.
Review market research reports issued by the company.
المهارات
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Minimum 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in a reputed market research firm with at least the last 3-5 years spent in a similar capacity.
• MBA or other Masters degree in a relevant field is desirable, with added qualifications in quantitative techniques an advantage.
• Proficient in the various market and strategy advisory products and services, and well versed in all tools and techniques for marketing research including statistical, econometric, and mathematical methods.
• Strong communication, presentation and report writing skills.
• Fluent in English, with bilingual Arabic language proficiency preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop teams across the business.
• Ability to attract and retain top candidates and talent for the business.
