Summary of Job Duties and needed skills :
Create new opportunities, maintain good customer relationship, responsible for selling company products.
Candidate must be able to handle different kind of customer, has the ability to work with different nationalities,must be accurate in forecasting and in closing deals and must have strong negotiation skills.
Job Duties:
Achieve the set monthly sales target by implementing the proper sales methods required and delivering high quality service.
Conduct sales field visits and sales phone calls to current and prospective customers.
Answer and respond to clients sales inquiries and concerns by phone or in person.
Develop and Maintains strong relationships with clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results.
Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing plans, and features.
Conduct system training for clients on "how to use the system".
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
