IT Project Manager – Head of Department

• Runs complex projects from design to Installation and execution
• Has adequate experience in creating quotations for the projects and should be good negotiator
.Fully aware with how to manage projects among the concerned constrains (Cost, Resources, Time, Quality, Stakholder, Customer Satisfacation, Risk, Procurement , Communicaiton etc...)
• Expert in creating all the project plans such as Schedule, Scope, Cost Quality, Risk and communication Management Plan
• Manage team and systems
• Make sure reports and daily tasks are assigned and distributed among team
• Make sure that the systems and fully utilized (like Project Management servers, and other systems related to operations and project Management)
• Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment
• Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
• Directs and oversees project engineering team and manages conflicts within group
• Always update project plans and track progress daily
• Make sure projects plans, actuals, updates and project issues are all updated daily on the System used to track projects
• Performs team assessments and evaluations
• Efficiently identifies and solves project issues
• Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk
• Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services and Request for Quotation (RFQ) based on the contract type (FP, CR, T&M)
• Designs and maintain technical and project documentation
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
• Help in Pre-sales and design phase
• Build up team capabilities
• Build designs and proposals for projects
• Help in project execution
• Manage IT projects such as network, Cabling, Datacenters, Servers, Microsoft Systems, Switching, Routing, Security, CCTV, IP telephony, Access Control, and other IT related Projects
• Give support to Projects and technical team
• Can work in a huge Pressure environment
• Can take decisions and accept the consequences of his decisions
• Team leading and Teamwork
المهارات
• Minimum 3-6 years of IT project management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
• He must be certified in PMP, PRINCE2 or any equivalent
• IT Certificates are preferred (ITIL, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, Network+, Server+, Security+, Project+, ...etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field

• Active directory 2008/2012 (expert)
• Microsoft Exchange server 2010 /2013 (expert)
• Microsoft Hyper-v 2012 (expert)
• Microsoft Hyper-v 2012 clusters (any)
• Knowledge about DNS and DHCP (expert)
• Knowledge about Raid configurations (expert)
