THE COMPANY
A globally recognized international market leading contractor who have an enviable track record of delivering major contracts in the Middle East.



PROJECT DETAILS:
• Position located in KSA
• Heavy Civils project
• Project value 380 million (Circa GBP 70 million)
• Project commences December 2014
• Project carried out in joint venture with a local contractor




THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL BE TO:
• Project Quantity Surveyor (Western) reporting to project Director British and head office based Commercial Director (British)
• Will oversee a small commercial team
• Full commercial quantity surveying role.


المهارات


BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:


• Age: 30 - 50 yrs.


• Civils contracting background preferred


• Previous Middle east experience


• Main contractor background


• Preferably degreed qualified


• Nationality: Western


• Proven track record with a medium / major contractor as project quantity surveyor



JOB BENEFITS:


• Up to 50,000 SAR monthly basic


• Discretionary bonus circa 10% of basic salary


• Compound accommodation provided

• Two to three flights per year (single status)


• Single status appointment (no schooling)


• 11 day fortnight working week.
