Technical SAP professionals maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and SAP application technical architecture.
They design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture. They contribute to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions.
SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) professionals at Accenture design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals and deploy SAP human capital management.
Key responsibilities/requirements may include:
· Detailed and proven SAP HCM knowledge in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Training and Events Management / LSO, Management by Objectives or e-Recruiting
· Strong technical background in interfaces or SAP Portal or Authorizations or SAP ESS/MSS or HCM Processes and Forms.
· HCM functional domain mainly in SAP HR, Success Factor and Oracle HRMS.
· Experience assisting clients in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations including the selection, implementation, and production support of SAP solutions in HCM /HR.
· Business knowledge and SAP HCM / HR module expertise to effectively integrate SAP into the clients' business environment.
· Leadership skills preferred. Multiple Full Life Cycles preferred. Must have functional implementation and support experience in SAP Applications R/3, with hands on configuration skills in one or more of the following module areas.
· Talent Management.
· Payroll.
· Thorough understanding of SAP HCM processes & good understanding of processes in HR Domain.
· Solid SAP ERP HCM/ HR functional implementation experience mandatory

Skills required on the job:
· Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within either of the above mentioned SAP solution areas.
· Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
· Strong IT Background & familiarity with up-to-date applications.
· SAP HCM functional strong background.
· SAP HCM Configuration skills.
· SAP HR PA / PD modules SAP Cross Application Time Sheet.
· SAP upgrade or integration processes Flexibility SAP/HR multi-national skills
· Good communication & interpersonal skills Strong Conceptual & Analytical skills
· Willingness to travel.
