Our client, a leading regional bank is looking to hire a Head of Customer Support - Corporate Banking to lead a team of Customer Service resources with the objective of ensuring that client servicing and delivery are to the standards required.

Job Title: Head of Customer Support - Corporate Banking
Reports to: Head of Corporate Banking Group
Urgency: High.
Salary: Competitive.

Location: Saudi Arabia

Strong Business sense.At least 10 years corporate banking & customer service related exposure and experience.Knowledge of GCC clients.Knowledge of Bank's internal processes.Exemplary customer service skills.Pronounced leadership skills.Holder of University Degree, preferably in the field of management and finance, or MBA from a top-tier university.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic language skills.Result driven, hands-on, and dynamic with ability to work under sales oriented environment.
