• Initiate, develop and recommend internal policies and procedures adoptable to Hoshan Holding business and practices
• Oversee the smooth operations as a whole in Administration Department, Personnel, Government affairs, Payroll, Training and Recruitment
• Plan of manpower, qualify and evaluate the current manpower resources and build up a strong team across the departments according to the man-plan
• Qualify and approves recommendation from managerson identifying the needs for training, performance evaluation, job assessment, jobevaluation etc.

• ability to communicate and work with personnel from a wide variety of professional level, disciplines and nationalities
